As they did in the notorious The Untold Story, cop Danny Lee and criminal Anthony Wong square off in Organized Crime and Triad Bureau, an acclaimed crime drama from celebrated cop film director Kirk Wong. Anthony Wong is Tung, a tough but righteous criminal who's the prime target of the OCTB (Organized Crime and Triad Bureau), led by Inspector Lee (Danny Lee, naturally). The two men clash in a classic showdown of grey vs. grey. Nominally a bad guy, Tung has more than his share of good qualities, including loyalty and care towards his beloved mistress (Cecilia Yip). Inspector Lee must face internal investigations courtesy of the ICAC (AKA the Internal Affairs division), and is not above breaking the law to uphold it.
